Returns & Exchanges
Nook Lifestyle and Home will provide refunds in compliance with our Australian Consumer Law. We will only provide a refund if an item is faulty, incorrectly described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to. If the item purchased is faulty you are entitled to choose between a full refund, repair, exchange or store credit.
To submit a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product with details of your purchase. We may ask you to supply photos to illustrate the fault. Tracking details will need to be provided to us by the customer within the 7 days of receiving their item.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method that you purchased the item. The cost of returning the item to us will be at your own expense. No shipping/postage costs will be reimbursed by Nook Lifestyle and Home, nor will we be held liable if the returned item is not received by us.

Change of Mind
Nook Lifestyle and Home makes every endeavour to depict our products accurately and asks that you please consider and choose carefully before making your purchase. We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind.
We cannot guarantee the products you receive will be the exact colour as they appear on your device due to the many variations between computer monitors and mobile devices.
Missing or Damaged Orders
Nook Lifestyle and Home pack all orders with love and care and we take every precaution to ensure that your item is shipped to you in good condition. We will not be held liable for any items that go missing in the mail, that are received by the customer damaged or no longer in original condition. In this event it is the responsibility of the consumer to deal with the appropriate carrier (AusPost or Courier) to follow up and/or claim compensation.
